What is not eligible?
The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to:
- Rates that require login, membership access, or promo/discount codes
- Rates from Park Hotel Group channels such as Park Rewards or Global Business Preferred
- Flash sale, daily deal, cashback, or resale websites
- Opaque or auction sites where the hotel is not known until after booking
- Package rates that include meals, transport, vouchers, parking, or other extras
- Corporate, government, travel agent, or negotiated/member-only rates
- Special promotional rates sent via email or newsletter after booking
- Rates offered on third-party mobile apps or closed-user platforms
- Bookings without immediate confirmation
How do I qualify for a claim?
To be eligible:
- Submit your claim within 24 hours of booking
- Ensure your stay is at least 24 hours before check-in
- The competing rate must be publicly available and bookable online
- It must be found on a website other than ParkHotelGroup.com or authorised partners
What must match the booking?
The competing rate must match your booking exactly, including:
- Same hotel
- Same room type
- Same stay dates and length of stay
- Same number of guests
- Same booking conditions (cancellation, payment, and inclusions)
The competing rate must also be room-only (no added extras like meals or transport).
How are price differences handled?
- Currency differences may be converted for comparison
- Claims may be rejected if differences are due to exchange rate fluctuations
- Claims with less than 1% price difference are not eligible
What happens if my claim is approved?
- You’ll receive 15% off the room rate
- The discount applies only to the room rate (not taxes, fees, or incidentals)
- Claims are processed within 2 business days

- Your original booking’s cancellation policy still applies
- Park Hotel Group has the final decision on all claims
- We may update or change this policy at any time
