Accommodation Tax
Starting from 1 April, 2026, an accommodation tax will be introduced by Hokkaido Prefecture and the City of Otaru.
Please note that even if you make a reservation before 1 April, 2026, the accommodation tax will be applied for stays on or after 1 April, 2026.
The rates listed on our website do not include the accommodation tax, so the tax will be collected at the front desk upon check-in.

Cancellation Policy:
・More than 8 days prior to arrival day - No cancellation charge
・4-7 days prior to arrival day - 20 % of total room nights
・1-3 days prior to arrival day - 50% of total room nights
・Arrival day or No show - 100% of total room nights
