[1-Day Lift & Gondola Pass Details]
- Each guest will receive a 1-day lift and gondola pass valid at Kiroro Resort.
- The pass is a lift card and does not require return. It is not an exchange voucher, so there’s no need to line up at the ticket counter.
- You can choose your preferred date for use between your check-in and check-out dates. Please inform the front desk upon check-in.
- This stay plan includes only a 1-day pass. For other ticket options, please purchase them at the ski resort or inquire at the front desk during check-in.
[Shuttle Bus: Otaru Liner]
- Not included in the stay plan.
- Fares: Adult: 1,600 JPY one-way / Child (under 12): 1,000 JPY one-way (Free for children under 2 without a seat).

[Important Notes]
- In case of partial closure of ski slopes or suspension of gondola/lift operations due to weather or snow conditions, no refunds will be made for accommodation fees. However, refunds for lift passes can be processed at the front desk.
- If you plan to use the lift pass on your check-in day, check-in procedures, lift pass issuance, and luggage storage are available before the standard 2:00pm check-in time. Room access is available from 2:00pm.
- This plan is priced for adults. No refunds will be issued for lift pass price differences if used by children aged 13 or younger.
- Please bring your own equipment and tools for waxing or maintenance of skis and snowboards.

・7-4 days prior to arrival day - 20 % of total room nights
